Lecturers

Allison Owen holds a Master of Arts in Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, a Master of Arts in International Affairs from MGIMO University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas. As an Associate Fellow of the Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies at the Royal United Services Institute, she focuses on the policy and security dimensions of cryptocurrency and new payment methods. She also provides guidance for the private and public sector to understand and mitigate associated threats.
